Falcon Ridge is run with three Board of Directors and four Officers. Directors, in general, conduct, manage and control the affairs and business of Falcon Ridge, and make such rules and regulations as they may deem proper. One Director is elected each year to serve a three-year term, rotating one Director each year. Officers of are appointed each year following the Annual General Meeting by the Board of Directors. The President presides at all meetings of the directors and members and has the power of general supervision of the affairs of the corporation.
The Vice-President will preside at all meetings in the absence of the President.
The Treasurer keeps a record of all moneys and securities for Falcon Ridge and disburses the same under the direction of the Board of Directors. A full statement showing in detail the financial affairs of the corporation is presented at each Board meeting and the Annual General Meeting.
The Secretary issues all notices, keep the minutes of all meetings and shall perform all such other duties as are incidental to the office.
