Falcon Ridge is run with three Board of Directors and four Officers. Directors, in general, conduct, manage and control the affairs and business of Falcon Ridge, and make such rules and regulations as they may deem proper. One Director is elected each year to serve a three-year term, rotating one Director each year. Officers are appointed each year following the Annual General Meeting by the Board of Directors. They hold office for the term of one year.

President — Presides at all meetings of the directors and members and has the power of general supervision of the affairs of the corporation.
Vice President — Presides at all meetings in the absence of the President.
Treasurer — Keeps a record of all moneys and securities for Falcon Ridge and disburses the same under the direction of the Board of Directors. A full statement showing in detail the financial affairs of the corporation is presented at each Board meeting and the Annual General Meeting.
Secretary — Issues all notices, keeps the minutes of all meetings, and performs all such other duties as are incidental to the office.
